How do I move my ChestPal Pro to a new phone?

ChestPal Pro does not "pair" to a particular smartphone, so if you would like to use it with a different compatible "Which smartphones are compatible with ChestPal Pro?" phone all you need to do is install the ChestPal Pro app and enter your existing credentials to log in.

The automated analysis does not match the lung sounds I hear

It is possible. ChestPal Pro algorithm’s average accuracy on the ChestPal Lung Sound Database across normal, crackles, wheeze, heartbeat, and artifacts sound types is 87% (95% CI: 82.8% - 90.5%). "How does its lung sound analysis work?"

We continue to work hard to improve the algorithm’s accuracy and are very proud of the published clinical studies that confirmed ChestPal Pro good performance, see research page.

One crucial step to take to ensure the best neural network output is to make high-quality recordings.

I can't share the examination result

You can receive an error if you are having issues with your data or internet connection. We would advise turning Aeroplane mode on and then off to help reset your connection. Once that is done, try to login to the ChestPal Pro app again and repeat the sharing process.
